Passive mediations such as mindfulness helps clear your mind. Dynamic meditations help focus your intent. The combination of the two help you change your life.
In this moment you are at a precipice.

Remove all of those internal, mental blocks to love and happiness.
Clear your mind. Soothe your anxiety. Do what can be done today.
